Agreement of Sale:
An agreement of sale between Shop Be Online and a customer is only effective once checkout has been completed and payment (or proof of payment for EFT) is received for an order. Up until this point all goods remain the property of Shop Be Online. Adding items to your cart does not constitute a sale.
Stock Availability and Fulfillment:
Fulfillment of orders are subject to availability and receipt of payment. Care is taken to ensure that the stock levels on the website reflect the stock levels in the warehouse, however, we cannot guarantee that the stock levels are indicative of availability due to the nature of our business also being a pop-up market stall or due to manual stock counting error.
If an item goes out of stock or is unavailable after having already placed an order, you will be notified and the item cancelled. You may opt for an alternative item (difference in price may be payable or refundable) or you may opt to have the full item value refunded.
If an item is displayed as out of stock on our website, you may request (by email or WhatsApp) the specific item and quantity required. If it can be sourced, you will be notified of availability and status.
Cancellations:
Fulfillment of orders are subject to availability and receipt of payment. In the event of unavailability, Shop Be Online will contact you with options.
For all orders, where EFT was selected as a payment method, you will have 48 hours to complete the payment. Please use your order number as the payment reference and send Proof of Payment to info@shopbeonline.co.za. If Proof of Payment is not received within this timeframe, your order will be automatically cancelled.
An order can be cancelled by the customer if payment has not yet been made for the order. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before it is dispatched in which a 5% fee may apply to cover transactional costs. Please contact Shop Be Online for assistance.
Shop Be Online reserves the right to cancel any order, for which ever reason, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Delivery:
Shop Be Online delivers to addresses within the borders of South Africa. All Courier deliveries are delivered to the physical address provided. PUDO locker deliveries will be delivered to the locker location or Courier Guy kiosk selected during checkout. Waybill and tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Two delivery methods are available at checkout:
Courier: Door to door service
The courier fee is automatically calculated at checkout and is dependent on the mass of the items in the cart. The mass is calculated on the greater of the volumetric mass or actual mass.
PUDO: Locker to locker service powered by The Courier Guy
This is a fixed rate service but is subject to the size limitations of the locker. The largest size locker is 69cm x 60cm x 41cm which will accommodate most products. If for any reason, your order can not fit within the designated locker, you will be notified of an alternative shipping option or have the order split across two or more lockers. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Free Delivery: Free delivery applies to all orders above R1500 and is applicable to both Courier and PUDO shipping methods.
Delivery Time: Delivery time is dependent on the shipping method selected and the area being delivered to. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days. The delivery time frame stated hereunder refers to the time once handed over to the courier for delivery fullfilment. The following generally applies:
Delivery to Main Centres: 1 – 3 working days
Delivery to Regional Areas: 2 – 5 working days
Delivery orders are fulfilled by The Courier Guy or Fastway Couriers during week days, Monday – Friday excluding public holidays and delivery may occur anytime between 8am and 5pm.
For door deliveries, if the courier was unable to deliver a parcel to you, for any reason, the courier will contact you to attempt delivery again. If after a reasonable number of attempts, they are still unable to deliver the parcel to you, it will be returned to us. The order will be cancelled, and you will receive a refund for the order, less the delivery fee and any additional charges incurred in returning the goods back to us.
Please note that with PUDO locker, you will be notified by SMS or email when the package has arrived at your chosen locker location. You will have a limited time (48 hours*) from the receipt of the notification to collect your package from the locker. If you are unable to collect it within the timeframe, it will be sent to your nearest Courier Guy depot. In the event of the package being returned to the depot, please contact the PUDO customer care on 064 848 1531 (Whatsapp) or your nearest Courier Guy Depot. Alternatively, you may contact us for assistance. (*PUDO’s terms of service, subject to change at their discretion).
Collection or own courier:
This service is offered as a convenience for some of our customers. Any order may be collected in Azaadville (Krugersdorp) by appointment. This is necessary, since stock is not kept at the premises. As an additional favour, certain orders may be eligible to collect in Centurion – please contact us directly for order eligibility. Alternatively, you may arrange your own courier service to collect.
An order is deemed to be delivered at such point where any person at the delivery address signs for the delivery or when it has been collected from the designated pick-up location.
Delays:
While we make every effort to ensure that the shipping estimates stated on our website are accurate, we make no guarantee that all orders will definitely arrive within the said time. Orders may be delayed for a variety of reasons beyond our control. We will attempt to notify you as soon as possible of any delays that may arise and the expected timeframe. During Sales and Peak Season (E.g. Black Friday), shipping times may increase.
Customer Privacy Policy:
Shop Be Online respects your privacy. All personal information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, shared, disclosed or rented to any outside party. The information collected is to better serve you and to fulfill orders and delivery.
Information collected would include your name, shipping address, contact number and e-mail address. If you elect to receive our newsletter or special promotions, your contact information will be used for this purpose. You may unsubscribe at anytime by clicking the link in the newsletter.

Special care and attention is taken to provide information that is relevant and as accurate as possible on this website. Product Information: While every effort is made to describe every product, the actual product may differ due to the manufacturing process, tolerances and human error in measurement or data capturing. Product dimensions listed under the detailed description are not guaranteed. These are best effort measurements and provided for reference. Please allow 1 – 3 cm discrepancy in measurements. The mass of the products is estimated for shipping and does not represent the actual product mass but is rather indicative of the shipping weight which may include packaging.
Display Images: Images used on this site is for illustrative purposes only. While every effort was made to portray the products as accurately as possible, discrepancies can arise in colour, shape, detail or inventory capture. Many of the items have intricate engraving or have been hand-painted and therefore some variations may be anticipated. Shop Be Online accepts no responsibility for the image on the site not being exactly the same as the actual product. Colour may vary due to the camera settings, lighting, editing or screen variations.
Use of this website:
The use of this website is for your personal use. It may be used to browse for and learn about products or to make purchases. You may not use this site for fraudulent activities nor copy, reuse, reproduce or utilise any of the information, its content or images for any commercial or other purposes.
Returns:
If you are not fully satisfied with the item/s received, it can be returned to us. Authorisation for the return is to be obtained within 10 days from date of delivery. Selected items including clearance items may not be eligible for return, this will be stated on the product description page. The following criteria apply:
- Shop Be Online must be notified within 10 days of receipt
- The item qualifies for return
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
Where items are returned for other than being damaged or incorrect, shipping costs for the return will be for your account. Upon receipt at our warehouse, the returned item/s will be inspected. If found to be in good order and in re- sellable condition, we will refund you the value of the product less a 10% handling fee.
Broken or damaged item/s: If a product is received broken or damaged, you must inform Shop Be Online within 48 hours of receiving it. We will then arrange for the return of the broken or damaged item/s. Upon receipt at our warehouse, the returned item/s will be inspected and a full refund to the value of the product issued thereafter. You are encouraged to photograph items received broken or damaged and these can be submitted along with the return request though it is optional and not required.
Wrong or Incorrect item/s: In the event of receiving the wrong product, Shop Be Online must be informed within 48 hours of receiving it. We will check our system to see if a miss pick has occurred and if there was a miss pick, we will arrange for the return of the item/s. The returned items must be in its original and re-sellable condition. Upon receipt at our warehouse, the returned item/s will be inspected and a full refund to the value of the product issued thereafter.
Sale and Clearance items: Products purchased during a sale or marked as a clearance item will be subject to the terms and the conditions of the sale or clearance. Selected items may not be eligible for return. Where this is the case, it will be stated on the product description page as a non-returnable product.

Minor variations in colour, paint work, engraving detail are not considered defective unless substantiated by reasoning and photographic evidence.
A delivery being delayed is not grounds for a return.
All returns need to be logged within the return period by sending an email to info@shopbeonline.co.za. If the return is approved, you will be notified and we will either arrange for a courier to collect from you or you may be requested to return the item at a PUDO locker depending on the shipping method originally selected.
Please ensure that you package the item securely to protect it against any damages during transit. Once the returned items are received at our warehouse, it will be inspected and assessed. Refunds will only be processed after assessment.
Upon assessment, if items are found to show signs of user inflicted damage, alterations, misuse and abuse then these items will not be refunded. If the returned items are received in good order and in a re-sellable condition, the full item’s value will be refunded. If the returned items are not received in its original packaging or received in a condition that is not re-sellable, refunds will be evaluated on a case by case basis amounting to either a partial refund or no refund.
Where items have been delivered broken or damaged to the customer, and a return logged within 48 hours of delivery, these items when received back at the warehouse will be assessed. If determined that the course of defect was not due to misuse, abuse or customer inflicted a full refund will be issued to the value of the item.
Original delivery fees are not refunded except where an order was cancelled prior to shipment.
Payments and Security:
Online payments: All online payments will be processed through the PayFast payment gateway. PayFast is a leading payment gateway and operates independently of Shop Be Online. It uses advanced security protocols and encryption giving you peace of mind with the safety of your data. No banking information is stored on our site.
Manual EFT: Manual EFT payments are to be fulfilled by the customer. Our banking details will be shared with the customer by email on completing checkout. Proof of Payment for manual EFT payments is required before the order begins processing. The customer will have 48 hours to complete the payment. Proof of Payment should be sent to shopbeonline12@gmail.com and the order number should be used as the payment reference. If Proof of Payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled.

The following payment options are available through the PayFast payment gateway:

- Masterpass
- Mobicred
- Zapper
In addition, manual EFT can also be selected during the checkout process.
These options are subject to change and may be discontinued or replaced without notice.
Pricing:
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and the transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
The product pricings listed are the actual prices that you will pay for the item. The price is fixed during the checkout process. Where manual EFT is selected as the payment option, the price will still remain the same as when checking out.
Sales and promotions may run for a limited time only, and discounted prices will only be valid during the sale or promotional period. Thereafter, the products will reset to its original listing price. Sale and promotional products are subject to limited quantities and availability.
Care is taken to avoid incorrect pricing on the website. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to amend the price, cancel and refund any amount paid for the incorrectly priced item. We accept no obligation to honour the prices erroneously displayed on our website.
Where refunds are applicable, the item price will be referenced to the actual price paid for the item and not the listing price.
